Our fully equipped workshop in East Sussex is able to deal with anything kit car or motorcycle related. We carry out a full engineering service with rebores, big bore conversions, valve guides, seats and valve seat cutting, we can also make one off parts for that special project. We sell performance kits, Nitrous kits and motorcycle turbo kits and parts.

We have invested heavily in diagnostic tools, we can access the electronic systems of all fuel injected makes and models for service lamp resetting, system identification, error code reading/erase functions, system parameter evaluation, ECU configuration, component activations, setting functions for fuelling adjustments, key programming and much more.

We specialise in building one off turbocharger systems, built to customer’s requirements, with various power outputs. We use Garrett turbochargers with hand built headers in 316 stainless steel, and aluminium plenum chambers, we also build one off intercoolers.

We carry out MIG and TIG welding of aluminium, stainless and mild steel.

Dyno Room

Our fully fitted out dyno room with DYNOSTAR EDDYCURRENT DYNO can carry out power runs, static testing, all gear, fast acceleration tests, air/ fuel ratio testing when under load, we have now added a built in map sensor to the dyno, for setting up turbo bikes.

By keeping the dyno enclosed in its own room, with full fans and extraction, it is possible to maintain the temperature of the room, so a dyno test carried out in the middle of summer, can be repeated in winter in the same testing environment.

We are agents for T.M.C Nitrous kits, K&N filters, Dyno Jet kits, Power commanders. We are authorised dealers for Battistini custom parts, Arlen Ness, Performance Machine. For the serious performance parts, we are distributors for Schnitz Racing products. We are now agents for Mr Turbo motorcycle turbo kits and can offer a complete range, or even a one off kit.
